A legal technology company for people shipping products.

TECHLAWG builds the legal infrastructure behind software and AI businesses: the contracts, privacy documentation, AI governance and compliance material a technology company needs to sell.

Meet Adam

Adam Jabbar

A technology lawyer and legal-tech entrepreneur focused on the intersection of technology, AI and law.

Adam has spent years drafting and reviewing the documents technology businesses actually run on: terms and conditions, SaaS agreements, MSAs, DPAs, privacy and cookie policies, NDAs, contractor and IP documentation, and AI governance material. Most of that work has been for founders in the US, UK and EU who needed the legal layer built quickly and correctly, without a retainer and without jargon.

He writes and teaches on legal AI, and built TECHLAWG to turn that work into something more systematic than one lawyer answering the same question two thousand times.

Positioning

What TECHLAWG is, precisely.

A legal technology company

TECHLAWG provides legal technology, documentation, drafting and information services to technology businesses. That is the core of the offering and it is delivered directly.

Not a US law firm

TECHLAWG is not a US law firm and does not hold itself out as licensed to practise US law. Where a matter requires jurisdiction-specific legal advice, it is handled with appropriately admitted external or partner counsel.

Nothing on this website is legal advice for your specific situation, and using this site or submitting a question does not create a lawyer-client relationship.
