How we engage.
Fixed fees, in writing, first
No hourly billing on productised work. Scope, revision allowance and delivery date are agreed before anything starts, and we do not revise the fee mid-engagement unless you change the scope.
Who advises you
Every engagement letter names who is delivering the work and under which admission. Where a matter needs locally qualified advice outside our admitted jurisdictions, we bring in partner counsel and tell you plainly that we are doing it.
Confidentiality
NDA on request before you share anything sensitive, at no charge. Do not put confidential material in the enquiry form.
Payment
50% to start, 50% on delivery, for project work. Subscriptions bill monthly with no lock-in and no notice period.
